Effective August 31, 2010, Magna International established a partnership with the Stronach Group to continue to pursue opportunities in the vehicle electrification business. Under the terms of the Magna E-Car Systems partnership, Magna indirectly holds a 73-percent equity interest and the Stronach Group indirectly holds a 27-percent equity interest in the new vehicle electrification partnership.
